AVT Media | Website redesign concept

Objective
Re-design a modern, user-friendly site for customers to discover the range of services offered by AVT Media.
“Quality is never an accident.
It is always the result of intelligent effort.”
The Problem
The site’s current layout does not showcase the capabilities of this leading audio-visual production company. There’s no easy way to contact them online via the site or social media.
The site looks dated and abandoned as it relies heavily on animation gimmicks in lieu of solid design which would be more congruent with the level of service AVT consistently delivers.

The Solution
Create a beautiful simple site (solution) for AVT Media that allows a customer to easily get in touch with them about their services (with minimal effort). Simplicity is the key.
If it confusing and takes too long to get to the main information, this defeats the purpose. It has to be a true likeness of what the company stands for while also quick and easy to navigate.

Design, Planning
& Research
After defining the problem and identifying the solution, the next step involves design planning and research. In this phase, I built an inspirational mood board, sketched out ideas and designed task flows & wireframes around user requirements.

High Fidelity
Mockups
After brainstorming, sketching out ideas and creating rough wireframe task flows, I’m ready to start working on hi-fidelity mockups based on items gathered in the planning phase.

Alternate Screen
for FAQ
The site’s current size doesn’t warrant a search bar as best practice, but I designed an extra screen for a FAQ section for when the business content reaches a level where this feature would help potential customers in the future.

Interactive Prototype
After completing all the essential screens and flows based on the user requirements, the final step is to create an interactive prototype so that we can validate the user flows and usability with the team and actual users via usability studies.
